Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, Mobile Control Systems (M.C.S.) has over four decades of experience in the design and manufacture of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric throttle and transmission control systems for both on-highway and off-highway vehicles.

In the early 2000s, M.C.S. shifted its focus toward the development of programmable Hall-effect throttle controls, designed to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of industrial diesel, CNG, and electric vehicle powertrains.
